Skin1004 is a brand that I had been contemplating trying for a while, and when they officially launched in Turkey, I jumped at the chance and ordered myself a couple of things. Their Madagascar Centella Ampoule always gets glowing reviews and was all over my Instagram, so it was undeniably going to be one of the first products that I was going to crack open and use.
✨ Skin1004 Ampoule Packaging
Now the packaging is what instantly drew me in. The label is simple black and white, but the bottle is a heavy glass one. The white lid has a glass dropper attached. To add to this, the bottle is pretty nice, an aesthetic-looking glass one that I might just consider reusing when I finish up my ampoule.
🌸 Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule: Is It for Oily Skin?
I think the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule is the perfect product for girls with oily or combination skin. The ampoule is light enough to not leave a greasy or heavy feeling after application. I’m using it in the extreme summer months, and I have noticed that it does not overwhelm my oily/combo skin.
This ampoule has the powerhouse ingredient that is centella asiatica extract, which is believed to aid in wound healing as well as having some anti-aging benefits. Along with that, this product is widely regarded to be excellent for sensitive skin, as the pure centella in the ingredients has anti-inflammatory properties.
🧴 Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule Before and After
This Skin1004 Madagascar Centella serum adds a nice extra layering step into my skincare. I apply this on dry skin immediately after washing my face. The ampoule formula is water-like and instantly absorbs once I pat it all over my face and neck.
Another plus point is that it does not have any scent either, which makes it the perfect gentle ampoule for me. Its thin and lightweight formula does not leave any stickiness behind and instead, offers excellent hydration to make my skin have a natural glow.
I haven’t gotten any breakouts since adding this ampoule to my routine. In fact, I’ve noticed my skin has instead become a lot more even-toned.
This is certainly not going to be my last Skin100 product. I’ve reviewed their sunblock before, and that was an absolute hit for me as well. I have been eyeing a few more of their serums and ampoules.
