Some time ago, Watsons Türkiye stocked up on Haruharu Wonder products, and out of all the options, this cream totally drew me in. From the packaging to the ingredients, everything about the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Cream was calling my name. The only thing between me and this product was the hefty price. However, I still decided to give it a shot and see if this will be my next holy grail moisturizer.

Now this is what totally pulled me towards this product. The Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Cream has the most adorable bottle. It really is quite the Instagrammable packaging with its small, oval shape and container made out of hard plastic. The bottle also has a plastic tip where the product dispenses from. Moreover, the bottle comes in a box with a grey gradient and has all the product details on it.
Whether you slip this into your makeup bag or carry it around in your purse, this is one of those packagings that will really draw people’s attention wherever you take it with you. Just an overall, cut and easy-to-travel-with packaging.
🧪 Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Cream Formula
The cream is very lightweight and absorbs quickly as well. The packaging mentions taking an appropriate amount after using the toner and spreading it out from the inside of the face outward and patting to absorb.
I used this cream in both AM and PM skincare routines, and since I have oily-combo skin, I found the formula too light for my skin type. Often, I would apply it and then reapply it due to my skin still feeling stretchy and dry. It was close to the end of the winter when I began using this cream, which is why my skin still needed a fair amount of hydration, and, to be honest, this cream was not working for me.
The good thing is, since the formula is light, it doesn’t leave the face feeling oily or heavy.

The Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Cream is a vegan product and has 95% naturally derived ingredients. The stand-out ingredients include 10,000ppm black rice extract, which is believed to be loaded in antioxidants to promote better skin health. It also boasts hyaluronic acid, which is a humectant that pulls in moisture to give some major hydration to the skin. Moreover, the formula also has evening primrose oil, which has great benefits for the skin, including helping with better skin texture.

This cream really didn’t work out for me. I’ve used mine up almost fully, but when it comes to re-purchasing, I’d rather pass on this one.
